1: Corporate Information
Shenyang new century Chemical Co., Ltd. (Shenyang new discipline) is a high-tech fine chemical enterprise, located in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, the Department of Sinochem Tianjin Co., Ltd. 1.1.1 Location
Shenyang Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in the new era Shenyang City, Liaoning Province Shenbei Chemical Industry Park, covers an area of 100,000 square meters, divided into East and West two plants.
1.1.2 Meteorological Conditions

1.2 Sources of environmental pollution accidents
Shenyang Xinji Chemical Co., Ltd. currently has only one production line with an annual output of 1,000 tons of optical brightener CF-351, which mainly includes the following production workshops: chloromethylation workshop, esterification workshop, condensation workshop, brine recovery workshop, drying workshop, etc. .
1.2.1 Production Process Overview
(1) Esterification process: Dichlorobenzyl and triethyl phosphite are added to the esterification kettle to carry out the esterification reaction. After the reaction, the remaining triethyl phosphite is distilled off, and the remaining materials are sent to the condensation workshop. Esterification reaction equation:
(2) Condensation process: Esterate, sulfonate, and dimethyl sulfoxide are added to the condensation reaction kettle, and sodium methoxide is added dropwise from the sodium methoxide metering tank under stirring, and the reaction is completed. The material is conveyed to the filter press by the condensation material conveying pump, the mother hydraulic pressure is to the dimethyl sulfoxide, the mother liquid intermediate storage tank, and the dimethyl sulfoxide mother liquid conveying pump is sent to the solvent recovery workshop. The crude product enters a salting-out kettle for salting out, and then is filtered to obtain a wet cake. The cake is sent to a drying workshop, dried by a rotary flash drying system, and then packed into a warehouse.

(3) Process brine recovery process: The salt produced by pressure filtration in the salting-out process. Water is added to the salt distribution kettle, and the crude salt produced in the salting-out and pressure filtration processes is added under stirring. (4) Drying process: This workshop includes a set of rotary flash dryer and pelletizing device. The flash-dried materials are qualified and obtained after mixing and packaging. The wet product is granulated and packaged by a granulating device to obtain a product.
(5) Solvent recovery process: The filtrate from the chloromethylation workshop enters the cyclohexane distillation kettle, and the distilled gas is condensed and recovered for reuse. The solvent from the esterification workshop enters the distillation kettle for atmospheric distillation, and the gas is rectified under a certain reflux ratio, and then reused after condensation. The solvent from the condensation workshop enters the DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide) evaporation kettle under reduced pressure, and the gas is condensed. The solution is pumped to a DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide) rectification column, which is distilled under reduced pressure. The gas is condensed and reused.
