2.1.3.3 Process flow chart and sewage discharge node

The process flow diagram and sewage discharge nodes are shown in Figure 2-1.

2.1.3.4 Major sources of environmental risks in the process

The main sources of environmental risks in the process are as follows:

The main environmental hazards of our company are triethyl phosphite, sodium methoxide, sodium o-sulfonate benzaldehyde, dimethyl sulfoxide, methanol, etc. If leakage occurs, there is a danger of causing combustion, explosion and environmental pollution.

2.1.3.5 Storage and distribution of major hazardous chemicals

The company has one comprehensive warehouse, two raw material warehouses, and one dedicated warehouse. It is a steel frame structure or brick-concrete structure, which is used to store production raw materials and packaging materials. The company's factory area is equipped with a 400m3 accident emergency pool. There is also a temporary storage place for hazardous waste. See Table 2-3 for chemical storage conditions in the plant area.

2.1.4 Industrial Engineering

2.1.4.1 Water supply and drainage

Production water and domestic water come from the urban water pipe network (100 tons / hour);

A circulating cooling pool is set up in the factory area to implement a closed circuit cycle. The cooling tower works continuously during the process;

Production wastewater and domestic sewage are discharged into Xinchengzi Urban Sewage Treatment Plant after being treated by the sewage treatment station in the plant area;

2.1.4.2 Power supply

The district agricultural power bureau has dual-circuit power supply, which consists of 500KVA and 630KVA transformers each with two box transformers.

2.1.4.3 Heating and steam supply

The boilers are each 10t / h and 6t / h steam boilers, one for each use and one for backup.

2.1.4.4 Production and Disposal of Three Wastes

(1) Wastewater

The company's wastewater mainly comes from the domestic sewage of employees and a small amount of process wastewater, and the water used for washing the ground, with an annual discharge of about 36,000 tons. The sewage is discharged after reaching the standard after being treated by the environmental protection biochemical system. Adopting anaerobic and aerobic processes, with a processing capacity of 40 tons / day, after treatment, it will be discharged into the municipal pipe network and then entered into Xinchengzi sewage treatment plant

(2) Exhaust gas

The boiler adopts bag dust removal and wet desulfurization dust collector for desulfurization and dust removal;

The flue gas of the incinerator is discharged through bag dust removal and lye desulfurization absorption treatment;

Ethyl chloride gas produced by the esterification process is sold after compression and filling;

(3) Noise

The company's main noise sources are pumps, fans and air compressors. The noise reduction measures adopted are mainly for plant isolation and the addition of vibration damping pads.

(4) Solid waste

Slag is used for building materials infrastructure;

Residual incineration or landfill of rectification kettle with incinerator capacity of 3.6 tons / day;

Water treatment sludge and boiler water treatment waste cation exchange resin are entrusted to a qualified treatment unit for disposal of hazardous solid waste.
